At Perfume Box, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fragrance purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your order, you may return unopened and unused items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
Initiate Your Return
Log into your account or use our guest portal to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Secure the Fragrance
Carefully pack the perfume in its original, unopened manufacturer packaging and place it inside a sturdy shipping box with protective padding to prevent breakage.
Label and Ship
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your confirmation email to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Inspection and Refund
Once our quality control team verifies that the seal is intact and the product is unused, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
